Kathryn is focused on increasing the flow of capital toward work that strengthens communities and supports social change. With 25 years of experience in revenue mobilization, she has seen how thoughtful strategy and practical tools can help organizations move their work forward. She founded capitalW to bring clear, adaptable fundraising practices to initiatives working at both community and systems levels. Her approach reflects a belief that steady, well-aligned revenue can create the conditions for lasting impact. Kathryn is guided by the idea of an infusive economy—a future where people can use their philanthropic, investment, and everyday spending choices to support human flourishing.
